Das ist mal ein Buch über Algorithmen, das richtig Spaß macht! Es liest sich flüssig,wie ein spannender Roman.
Man hat trotz des Verzichts auf strengen Formalismus selten das Gefühl, dass etwas nicht präzise genug erklärt wurde.
Vieles habe ich, nachdem ich dieses Buch gelesen hatte, erst richtig verstanden, bzw. besser verstanden.
Das letzte Kapitel über Quantenalgorithmen ist ein besonderes Bonbon, ein Thema, das man wohl in kaum einem anderen allgemeinen Lehrbuch über Algorithmen finden wird.
Abgerundet wird das ganze durch zahlreiche schöne Aufgaben am Ende jedes Kapitels, deren Lösungen jedoch nicht dabei sind.
Insgesamt bietet das Buch einem eine sehr verständliche, motivierende Einführung in die Algorithmik aus der Sicht der theoretischen Informatik.
